Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 20 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.
2 master bedrooms on the first floor provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 50” smart TV, but also the breathtaking views through the large windows bringing nature indoors. Cozy up with your favorite morning beverage and a blanket. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the 2 more king bedroom suites and the 5th room with custom built-in bunk beds. Every bedroom in the cabin includes ensuite bathrooms.

This maybe the biggest, nicest and best private pickleball court in Broken Bow! Since the cabin hosts 20, you can have your own private pickleball tournament. With plenty of outdoor amenities, this cozy cabin is the perfect getaway for families who love spending time outside.
Head to the back patio to find the spacious, wooden deck that wraps around the entire cabin! With a bubbling hot tub, a large outdoor dining table, and lots of chairs for you to sit in and enjoy the scenery, we’re sure you’ll find this the perfect place to relax and watch the kids at play.

Great layout with plenty of room and nice outdoor area. The showers are awesome and loved the back patio. Loved all the amenities and available items included in our stay such as kitchenware, coffee, PLENTY of towels for hot tub, and other items necessary for cooking and cleaning. The beds were so comfortable!! Didn’t need to bring anything! As for the pickleball court, great condition and an awesome feature to this Airbnb. We had an issue (out of their control) that was quickly addressed and resolved! Couldn’t ask for better hosts with their communication and positivity. Clear communication and followed up to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend anyone stay here as it’s a beautiful cabin with a wonderful cabin retreat feel with the trees surrounding!

We rented this cabin for a women’s retreat and it was perfect. The cabin was very spacious and the living room was perfect for gathering us all. We cooked every meal in the cabin, and the kitchen contained everything we needed. The outside had it all! The trees and scenery were so quiet and peaceful. The fire pit and patio fireplace was cozy to use during the day. We enjoyed playing on the pickleball court and using the hot tub after. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!
Neighborhood highlights
"Outta Pocket” is located in the new subdivision north of Hochatown. Each cabin in the area is on 1 + acres allowing for plenty of space and privacy between cabins.
Getting around
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.

Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! We truly love our guests & want to provide them with the best experience!

If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
House Rules
✔ Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ No smoking or vaping inside.
✔ Commercial photography allowed
✔ No discharging of fireworks or firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✔ Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

The cabin requires several steps to get inside. Once inside, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are downstairs on the main floor.

All guests at the cabin agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the cabin. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE:
We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
